Forms

When you submit a support question we collect your first name and last name (only when provided) and your email address so that we can correspond with you.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name (only when provided) and your email address so that we can correspond with you. Your personal data will not only be stored in the website’s database but also in Mailchimp, the application we use to send our newsletters.

When you submit a request for a new add-on we store your email address so that we can keep you updated about your request.

Emails will also be sent through Postmark where they will be stored for 45 days.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors to this site.
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data.
In order to be compliant with the new regulation, Google included a data processing amendment.
The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled.
We don’t use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp for our newsletter campaigns.
MailChimp is the world’s largest marketing automation platform and is GDPR compliant. They have a campaign builder that makes it easy to create email templates.
In Mailchimp we only store your email address and when provide your name.

Postmark

We use Postmark to send and trace all emails. It’s reliable, mails are not marked as spam and they ensure immediate email delivery.
Postmark stores the full content history for 45 days and collects detailed delivery, open, and link tracking.
Postmark is run by Wildbit, a software company founded in 1999 in Philadelphia. They are GDPR compliant and have strict regulations.
